Quantum Research International, Inc. (Quantum) is an independent small business founded in 1987 with over 14 years of experience in providing engineering and analysis services and products, primarily to Department of Defense agencies, the U.S. Armed Services, and the aerospace industry.

Our professional staff possesses broad and extensive experience in strategic planning; programmatics; information
operations; systems design, development, analysis,
operation, integration, security, survivability, and testing;
technology assessments; modeling and simulations;
video teleconferencing; and operational and technical
expertise with weapons systems and associated C4ISR.

Over half of our technical staff has more than 20 years
military experience and 75% have more than three years
of military experience which gives them a deep
appreciation for the operational C4ISR needs of the
Warfighter, as well as the survivability and lethality
requirements of soldiers and weapon systems.
